I bought this book from a bookstore. At first, I thought it was going to be cheesy and easy to pass, but the more I read, the more I fell in love with it and I am a guy! There are phrases that will melt any romantic heart, like: "The one thing guaranteed to make you lose your temper is someone treating me unkindly." "When I am sick, you spoil me rotten",
"You hardly ever cry, but when you do, I can't stop the tears coming to my eyes as well". One of my favorites and I can't find the exact quote now but it was: you rub my back with sunscreen even though you know I don't need it.
"You have extremely ticklish ribs"
It's amazing how much depth, emotion and mush Rebecca Hall can pack into a mere line and a half.
WHen I read those words, it warms my heart, there are hundreds of them. It gives you ideas of how to love someone purely and selflessly.
It's full of little surprises and thoughts and insights about different situations from arguing to parties and everything in between.
