Wow! This is a really comprehensive cookbook with tons of interesting recipes. It is a technical book and many of the recipes take time to create, so if you don't like spending a lot of time in the kitchen, it's probably not the book for you. I know I will never make all 1080 recipes, but I really enjoy reading through the book and have been able to apply many of the techniques it presents to other recipes and other dishes I have prepared.Book Review: Great book

I bought this book as present for a serious foodie / cook. She loved the book, she said it's very comprehensive and it's was a great addition to her collection. The only thing I wish was different from this book is that I hoped it had more illustrations.Book Review: Great surprise

I used to have the book in Spanish as I had lived one year in Spain some 16 years ago. After a few years a had forgotten a lot of my Spanish. Now I found that the book was translated! It is a great and beautiful book, I have found my favourite recipes back again. One small drawback: the units aren't in the metric system, so I have some math to do...Book Review: Interesting

You could find any spanish recipe that you like, but this book is made for people who knows profesional cooking, the ingridients are not easy to find.
