The book presents the recipes clearly and the principle that the author uses, of so planning that you only need to wash the bowl at the end of the preparation is excellent.However the main drawback is that this is aimed at the American market so the measurements and terminology are difficult for British customers.I intend to persevere, with help from my American friends, but an added problem if one lives in a remote area, is that many of these ingredients are not accessible.However, with forward planning and translation, the recipes themseles look delicious.
