Book Review: Ragtime for the less competent pianist

There was a time when I could manage all Scott Jopin's mighty chords but alas, age and arthritis have taken their toll, and that happy time has passed. I had more or less given up hope - then clever Amazon found for me a simplified version and hey presto! I'm rattling out The Entertainer again as if there had never been a problem.
I recommend the Simplified Scott Joplin to anyone who'd like to play this very difficult music but finds it beyond their powers. I don't believe anyone but a professional pianist would notice the difference in the performance.
