Book Review: 200 Best Panini Recipes
Summary: 4 Stars
The recipes are good. There are a variety of types of Panini sandwiches to explore. The only critical thing I can mention about this book are: 1) There are not enough hints and tips to making this type of cooking more successful. For example, the best way to brown bread and the differences in using Olive Oil verses Cooking Oil versus Butter. I am sure other novice Panini makers like myself would appreciate the best of what to do and what not to do hints from someone that has a lot more experience in this type of cooking. 2) It would be nice if there were more photos within the pages. 3) It is somewhat expensive for a paperback book. At least the pages could of been laminated to reduce food and oil splattering.
