Book Review: 221 more exciting meals in my kithen!
Summary: 5 Stars
I had been looking for some recipes to add variety to my menu and to provide some new ideas for using vegetables. Every recipe I've tried from Venus's book so far have worked wonderfully. The recipes are not too difficult, and the flavors have been really nice. I would recommend this book to anyone. I'm really very, very happy with it.
I also like the no-nonsense edition and like how it gets right to the point without moral lessons for we vegetarians (why preach to the converted?).
