Book Review: An easy and entertaining read for 24 fans.

I was lent this book by a colleague as I've seen all the TV series to date. It's not the usual kind of book I'd choose to either read or buy but I decided to give it a go and I'm actually very glad I did.
This story is thoroughly entertaining and a "riproaring" read. It's written in the exact same style as one of the TV series, in fact some times you feel like you're actually reading a TV script. The plot lines follow very similar routes as the TV series with many characters suffering a grim demise throughout the story (both the proverbial "goodies" and "badies").
I wouldn't really recommend this to anyone whose not already a fan of 24 - I don't believe it will make you a diehard fan, but I could be wrong - this is definitely suited to 24's fan base. It would be an easy holiday read which will keep you entertained and wanting to find out just how Jack can possibly sort out this latest terrorist attack.
As has been said before, if you don't know jack, you don't know 24!
