I love this book. I have been a vegetarian all my life .After having got this book a couple of months ago, I have tried the potato-leek soup, the hearty potato soup, the spinach tortellini soup , the cuban black-bean soup and I loved them. I have also tried a couple of burrito recipes and they turned out good.
