Book Review: It works but you need to keep it up

I did this thing in 2006 for 3 weeks. I was a size 2-4 but I always has a soft belly that's like a pouch. I followed everything - the moves, the diet & then on top of that I swam 1-mi per day. I went down to size 0. & I felt I stood taller & my abs definitely firmer & even my back muscle - I felt them for the first time in my life. I was floating in my clothes. This is from level 1 only. Then I stopped, cause I didn't want to be too thin, plus none of my clothes fit. Later on, whenever I felt I need a fast slim down, i always came back to this. All those cardios like turbofire, P90 makes me dizzy. This requires actually 12-min, the warm up + 3 min post workout stretch on top of the 8 min. I often cheat by doing ab+legs together so that I don't have to wake up the next morning. I'm not very good at 3-hr diet cause I'm always hungry & I love bread & pasta. So during my later attempts, I didn't stick to the diet part. But I found if I don't eat much carb for dinner, I'll feel really lean the next days.
