Book Review: Beautiful illustrations and clever story.
Summary: 4 Stars
Brian Willsmith does such a nice job of bringing the scenes in his books to life, and this one is no exception.
The story is very cleverly conceived in bringing a new perspective into the Christmas story. The point of view is of a little girl trying to find Mary and Joseph, so that she can reunite the baby donkey she is carring for, with the mother donkey that Mary rode on. Cute story and nicely put together.
