Overall, I think this is a very good book. It can get difficult to read at times, but many graduate real analysis books are like that. This is probably one of the best ones out there. I think it is better than Royden and Rudin. Not only does it focus on theory but also applications. Royden and Rudin mostly focus on theory. If I have to teach a graduate course in real analysis one day I would use this book.
