Book Review: A Day in the Life of Spain
Summary: 5 Stars
A picture is worth a thousand words and this book says a lot about how Spain was in '87, 12 years after the fall of Franco. The Spain that I knew then and that of today is very different on the surface. In developing this book, number of photographers where give one roll of film and they were assigned to capture the Spain that they knew in '87; with one roll of film. That's a difficult assignment; I've taken more than 5000 photos while in Spain. I don't think I could capture Spain with one roll of film.
The book is one of my favorites and I wish that they would shoot another version chapter "in the life of Spain" to portray a modernized Spain that has joined the rest of Europe.
