Book Review: Top quality field guide for herpetology
Summary: 5 Stars
This field guide accounts for the excruciating difficulty of differentiating between nearly identical species. The tips on identification are extremely helpful and clearly worded. Even youngsters will find it quite easy to use. The discriptions are well written and informative. The artwork shows excellent detail which is essential for accurate species identification. Range maps are fairly accurate and easy to review. In short, the guide is well written and laid out for efficient referral when at home or in the field. It is second to none for the region covered.
