It does not try to tell you that you can achieve a flat stomach in a week's time by eating less. Rather, it takes a holistic approach. In addition to drinking a lot more water, you have to sleep right, excercise a bit and you will accomplish good health and a flat stomach over a period of time.I have benefited from the the water intake and sleeping habits mentioned in this book.
Book Review: MR Summary: 1 StarsI THINK THAT THE STRATEGY OR THE CONTENTS IN THIS BOOK IT IS LIKLY AS POSSIBLETY, OF YOU CAN ACHIEVE SOMETHING MAY BE IF YOU HAVE TRIED, I HAVE BEING IN GYM FOR LAST 10 YEARS BUT MY BIG PROBREM ,IS TO GET MY TOMMY FLAT, UNFORTUNATLY THAT IS NO EASY PROBLEM TO SOLVE, I HAVE BEING DOING ALL THIS EXERCISES AND HAD DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER AND I CUT SUGAR (STOP TAKING SUGAR SAMETIMES FOR 3 MONTHS THEN GET BACK AGAIN INTO BROWN SUGAR OR HONEY, ALL THIS DOESN'T HELP ME AT ALL, IT IS JUST MATTER OF ELIMINATE FAT FOR SORT PERIOD OF TIME THEN ONCE YOU GET BACK INTO THIS FOOD AGAIN YOU JUST GET FAT.
I THINK THE BOOK SHOULD TALK MORE ABOUT EATING HABITS OR WHAT TYPES OF FOOD YOU SHOULD EAT AND NOT EAT.
-FOR HOW LONG WILL YOU BE WITHOUT EATING SWEETS OR SUGAR , IF YOU CRAVE WHAT TO SUBSTITUE INSTEAD?
YES, I DO AGREE EATING SMALL AMOUNT OF THE FOOD AND GIVE YOUSELF 2-3 HOURS BEFORE HAVING ANOTHER MEAL, DOES HELPE FLAT YOU TOMMY.
BUT THE QUESTION IS, WHEN YOU ARE IN INTENSIVE TRAINING AND HAVE BUSY LIFE WITH WORK?
HOW DO YOU GOING TO ELIMINET FAT FROM TAKING CARBOHYDRATE? WHEN OUR BODY NEED ALL THIS VITAMINIS: FAT, SUGAR AND CARBOHYDRATES!
