This book is about a young girl named Sarah. Her father is very rich. One day her father has to leave, so he brings Sara to a place where they will watch her until he returns. Her life was the best until her father dies and she has no money. Read the book to see who saves her. I gave this book four stars.

A girl named Sara Crewe had a father that was going off to war. He left Sara at Miss Minchin's school for girls. Everyone there treated her like a little princess. She had hr own bedroom, she had beautiful dresses, and a maid that waits on her. One day she hears that her father has supposably died in the war. Miss Minchin takes everything that Sara owns, and locks her in the attic. Sara is no longer a little princess, but a little poor girl.I liked the book, because it was sad and very emotional,yet it was fun and interesting. I like how Sara is very imaginative, and that she has a very strong will. The book was very sad, and I like the plot. I like books that have many different emotions, and A Little Princess had them all.
My favorite part of the book was when Sara found her dad, and he didn't remember her. Even though it was really sad I liked it the best. Her father had a cuncusion, and forgot practically everything, plus his daughter. That part made me cry, which I usually never do. Ovrall I liked the book A Little Princess, and I recomend it to all the readers out there.

There was a little girl that lives with her father in India.Her name was Sara Crewe and her father was a capitan. When Sara's dad goes to the diamond mines, she is left at a girls school.Many things happened, some that were great and some not so great.Well when bad news comes that Sara's dad is dead she becomes a maid.Then when the truth is revealed, Sara is free and happy once again.I didn't really understand the story quite, but I got through the book.I liked the book because it was very discriptive.You could also imagine pictures in your head while reading the book.This book is also very emotional and very expressive.This book will also really touch you and you'll feel like you are part of the story.
My favorite part was when Sara becomes a maid. Although it was very depressing, she was the same princess she was before. One windy day she went to the market to buy food. Well she was very hungry too so on her way she found 4 coins. Across from her she saw a bakery. She went in and saw her favorite bread. She only hadenough for 4 but the women gave her 6. when she went outside she saw another person who was more hungrier than her.So Sara gave her food to the poor person.
