Book Review: One of the best resources on the topic

I have been reading for quite a long time information about how nutrition and other aspects of lifestyle (exercise, stress, sleep...) affect the health of a normal person but after my wife got pregnant with our first kid I started looking for a book that would give some light to the requirements of a postpartum mother. And let me openly tell you that this book is no less than excellent resource that covers this topic. It will not only help to address postpartum health from a more holistic perspective, but it will also become an invaluable friend for the general health of anyone who reads it. The doctors who have written this book are quite simply the doctors of the future - looking to find and remedy the cause of a problem and not only to cover the symptom. And doing that using both cutting edge science as well as time proven old remedies. Very simply, a must read for anyone who is looking for an in depth but at the same time practical view on the topic, I recommend it without single piece of doubt!
