Book Reviews of A Thin Dark LineBook Review: really 3.5-3.75 stars Summary: 4 Stars
Let me start out by saying "I love Hoag". This book was good but not as good as Cry Wolf. This book was a little too long. Needed more romance. I didn't feel there was any consistent chemistry between Fourcade and Broussard.
Book Review: skeptical but not any more Summary: 4 Stars
This was my first Tami Hoag book... I was amazed. Im more into novels about werewolves and vampires(like "Mortal Danger" by Eileen Wilks)but this book simply blew it out of the water.Officer Antonnete "Annie" brousserd investigates a grizzly rape murder case with "HOTT" cajun french detective Nick Fourcade and... youll just have to find out yourselves, but i loved it. 4 out of 5 stars.
Book Review: tami hoag is one of the best Summary: 5 Stars
Tami Hoag is one of my favorite authors next to Linda Howard, Sandra Brown and Lisa Gardner. The Thin Dark Line was the first book of Tami's I read. If I had known what I know now I wouldn't have read it first. The reason for this is because The Thin Dark Line mentions who the killer is in another one of her books titled "Cry Wolf." The Thin Dark Line is set in Bayou Breaux, Louisiana. The main characters, Nick Fourcade and Annie Broussard are both trying to seek justice for a womans murder. Annie has to form an alliance with Nick whom she doesn't trust and is starting to become attracted to. There is more to the story then you think. Read, find out and enjoy.
