Book Review: Great Read

I received this book as a gift a few years ago. I really enjoyed reading it the first time, but I recently read it again and I discovered that I liked it even better the second time.
I can relate to this book somewhat. I played football in high school, and I spent the majority of that time on the sideline, wondering when or if I would ever get my shot to be a starter. George Mills finds himself in the same dilemma at the collegiate level, and he does a wonderful job conveying his feelings of despair, dissapointment, confusion, and his feelings of joy during the times when things are actually going his way.
I would recommend this book mostly to younger student athletes who are trying to make a name for themselves out on the field, court, etc. It teaches some very important lessons about keeping a positive attitude, as well as the consequences that come along with having a negative attitude.
