Book Review: A Book To Remember
Summary: 4 Stars

At first I thought the book was really boring, but after awhile I really got into it.Towards the end (in the last few chapters )the book really got to me. It is a love story where the female character discovers that she has cancer. At the end of the book, they get married and the girl dies. After the book I decided to see the movie,I discovered that the book is nothing like the movie. So if you want to see the movie A Walk To Remember, I Recommend reading the book first.(also if you have read the book see the movie)

Book Review: A Book To Remember
Summary: 5 Stars

I loved the movie so much, and this book really completed the whole picture. The book is told in a humorous manner at times and a romantic manner at others. It is such a wonderful book that I wouldn't want anyone to miss out on such a wonderful experience.

Book Review: A Book To Remember
Summary: 5 Stars

After seeing the movie (which I thought was wonderful) I thought I'd give the book a try. Knowing how movies like to twist everything and change things here and there. One of the things they changed, was the play. Really it was a traditional play they did every year that Jamie's father had written about an angel. It makes WAY more sense. At the end of the movie I found myself wondering "Why was it named A WALK to Remember?", the book answers that question. This book is beautiful, it is very sad, but it is really good. The book made a lot more sense than the movie and I'd recommend it to anyone who saw and LOVED the movie. It's a very touching book and I wouldn't mind reading it a few more times.

Book Review: A Book To Remember
Summary: 5 Stars

The story all starts with 17-year-old Landon Carter. He is what alot of people would call a 'rebel'. He is suddenly without a date for the homecoming dance, and as a result of desperation, he asks Jamie Sullivan, the daughter of the town's Baptist minister. He thought she would be the last person on the planet he would ever fall in love with, but as they are put in situations together, gradually he does. Even though she comes to feel the same way about Landon, Jamie is not sure it would be the best thing for them, because she has an eternal secret that could tear them apart, or keep them together. Soon the problem isn't who will know about the secret, but who will stand by your side all the way through it. I give this book 5 out of 5, because it is and always be one of the most heart breaking stories you will hear. -Derek

Book Review: A Book You Will Always Remember
Summary: 5 Stars

I started off reading this book with the reservation that it would be another sappy teen love story. I was wrong. This book delves into the conscience of Landons character, who is consciously selfish and somewhat shallow by nature but has a hidden depth to him that he doesnt show. Jamie is the catalyst between the boy he was and the great man he becomes. She opens him up to a world where beauty isnt seen in appearance but in heart. A love like this is something we should all experience once in our lives. Sparks goes beyond the human realm of physical and emotional love and illustrates the pure spirituality love has to offer us.
