Book Review: A Book You'll Always Remember
Summary: 5 Stars

A Walk To Remember is by far one of the best books I've ever read. As soon as I started reading, I fell in love with it. Nicholas Sparks does a wonderful job; he truly knows how to touch your heart.

This book starts out with a young man and woman who are complete opposites. Landon's a rebel and Jamie's a goody-goody. Landon says, "Jamie had never been on my social calendar, she wasn't exactly what I called attractive either." Throughout the story Landon and Jamie end up spending time together. Landon looks beyond Jamie's looks and sees that she is a wonderful person. They end up falling in love. We now find Landon and Jamie both saying, "I love you." to each other. It has a great tragic ending that will keep you reaching for the tissues all night long.

I'm not big into reading, but I found with this book, I had trouble putting it down. It has touched my heart in a special way that I won't soon forget. I encourage everyone to read this book. Sparks' story will remain in your heart forever.

Book Review: A Book You'll Remember
Summary: 5 Stars

Nicholas Sparks has proven yet again that he has the talent to reach the heart and reveal the beauty of the human spirit. I really enjoyed reading A WALK TO REMEMBER. It's difficult to review this book without wanting to giving away the entire plot. However, since I want you to experience the broad spectrum of emotions I did, I'll do just enough to whet your appetite. All too often humans have a tendency to judge people based on how they look on the outside. Many miss out on opportunities to really see a person for what they really are on the inside. The true beauty goes unnoticed and at times those who do not meet up to the "beauty standard" end up feeling "ugly" and depressed. Sparks does several things through the writing of this novel. He shows that inner beauty should be valued and if you are a victim of not being accepted, you should not change to fit in. See how he develops what starts out as a heckling and unnacceptance of a Reverend's daughter that eventually turns into something beautiful. It teaches the lesson that we should all put effort to see beyond a person's skin. I really like Nicholas Sparks' writing style. It is as though he is speaking right to you. Make yourself comfortable with your favorite drink and lots of KLEENEX and take into consideration that I didn't want to put the book down. From beginning to end it will shed light on what makes living a wonderful experience that should be treasured. A WALK TO REMEMBER will be A BOOK YOU'LL REMEMBER.

Book Review: A Book to Remember
Summary: 5 Stars

A Walk to Remember is the most touching book I've ever read. Out of all the books I've read in the last 6 or 7 years, this is the one that I think of on those rainy days when there is nothing to do. It's a story about a young girl named Jamie who has never really fit in with the rest of the kids at school. Her father is the reverend at church and Jamie has been know for carrying around her Bible and wearing her same old sweaters every day. Landon, is a boy who is exactly the opposite. He's on the other side socially. When Jamie and Landon start working on Jamie's father's play, thy begin to get to know each other better and eventually fall in love. Then Landon finds out heartbreaking truth about Jamie. This book is easy to read and though it's predictible, I loved it and it brought me to tears. It's a beautiful book!

Book Review: A Book to Remember
Summary: 4 Stars

This book was a great book, especially for young teenagers. The book starts off with Landon Carter having a flashback of his high school days. He tells of his senior year and how he was changed forever by one girl. A girl who he never thought could ever change him. Jamie Sullivan was the town pastor's daughter who was very religious and kept to herself. She carried her bible around all the time even at school. The kids at school made fun of Jamie because of how diferent she was from them. She helped an orphanage and even when others made fun of her she was nice right back to them because that was how she was brought up. Landon ends up going to the homecoming dance with her because she was the only one left; he does a play with her where he sees the true Jamie. He starts to have more than just 'friend' feelings but tries to hide them so he will not get made fun of too. The book makes you feel happy and sad at the same time. Jamie and Landon over their senior year grow together and fall in love and its qutie beautiful. I would recommend this to young teens, especially girls, because it teaches you the heartaches of life and love.
