"Absinthe: Sip Of Seduction" is the collaborative work of Betina J. Wittel and Robert Hermesch, and edited by T. A. Breaux. The text is composed of personal testimonials, recipes, examples of colorful advertisements, descriptions of collectibles, accounts of historical uses and misuses, and absinthe recommendations. Of special note are the commentaries on 'Science versus Superstition' aspects of absinthe.
