Excellent book for anyone wanting to know about bio identical hormones. My husband and I did the salivary tests and have been prescribed bio identical hormones and put on supplements for Adrenal Fatigue. I am a chiropractor who is very careful about holistic products for my patients. I must admit that I was hesitant to buy this book as Suzanne is a commercial figure, not a medical professional.
The book greatly surprised me. Suzanne is thorough, well read, surrounds herself with some of the most cutting edge health care providers of today. Her writing is objective and enthusiatic.
I professionally know some of the doctors that she interviews in her book. Hormone therapy is highly controversial. All I know is that what we have been doing in the past in definitely not working. Bio identical hormones under a doctor's care combined with saliva tests periodically are what is working for my patients and me.
