Book Review: Alton At His Best
Summary: 5 Stars
I'm a huge Alton Brown fan. As with his show and his other book, he integrates science into his discussion of kitchen gadgets. He says which ones are good, and which ones aren't. It's probably not the book for the serious chef or cook, but it's great for a novice like me. There are lots of simple tips in here on buying and maintaining various kitchen items. It's a fairly easy read, but well worth it.
