Summary: 3 Stars
I did not find it that difficult--if you have a philosophy background it will help.
Interesting ideas--but fragile, sterile characters. And not the fun of a Vonnegut. Nice take on religion and its absurd theo-narcissim of small and large differences.
But when you talk of an alien spacecraft--why have quasi-shock absorbers and more of a space jalopy--that I found jarring and somewhat insulting.
Maybe I should stick to Stendahl et al.
Precis:
Dull, tedious and hackneyed with bursts of brilliance. I agree the premise is interesting, but the narrative proves wearying.
