Book Review: A MUST!

Ankle Soup is one of those "magical finds" that transcends age and gender. The story of this darling little French Bulldog and his Grand Central Station observances is absolutely delightful. Added to this charming story is an explosion of color in the perfect illustrations! They capture the personality of a Frenchie so perfectly.
I am a French Bulldog breeder, so although the subject matter is near and dear to my heart I am also an exceptionally tough audience. This book is a must-have for anyone who has a French Bulldog, knows a French Bulldog or loves a French Bulldog. It is also a book for any child who loves animals or loves beautiful illustrations. I especially love that the story does not "talk down" to children -- rather it raises their vocabulary to the next level.
I am 50 years old and this book captivated me! NOT just a children's book.
