Book Review: Stinks... unhappy

I was so pumped about getting this book, only to find out the game play system is nothing like I was used to. This was my own fault for not looking into it any further then OMG AOD?! There is no real advancement system in the game for long term adventures. This book is meant for a quick one shot or maybe two shot adventure if you can stand dice roll system. Being a fan of d20 since it came out (trust me, I played the old ways years before and hated it. D20 = godsend) I couldnt get into this system... with that out of the way, just the read and feel of the book, screams everything you want out of a good old Bruce movie, thus the 2 star rating, for the writing and silly jokes written in. If you are a collector, grab this book, if you are hardcore roleplayer pass on it until you see it in say the 5.99 bin at the comic store, then buy it for a break from real roleplaying one weekend with your friends.
