This book has everything you need to know about baking. It gives information on everything from which flour is best, weights, converstions, baking terminology. There are recipies from beginner to advanced, so it carries you through. The author I find is honest about how your first tries may come out, but encourages you to keep baking. I have every intention of completeing as many recipies as I can from this book!
