Book Reviews of Atlas of Human Anatomy: With Netteranatomy.com (Netter Basic Science)Book Review: not bad...but certainly not the best Summary: 4 StarsI actually liked Netter's atlas but although the paintings are nice you can't compare them to the ones in Pernkopf's atlas...Pernkopf is undoubtedly the No.1...the latter is much more expensive than Netters book though...If you want the best books for your medical studies, get Benninghoff (German only) or Gray's Anatomy and Pernkopf's Atlas...
Book Review: Great Resource for the Professional Coder Summary: 5 StarsDetailed drawings help professional coders with identification of correct body parts, and the associated CPT Code.
Book Review: The Gold Standard Summary: 4 StarsThis book is a no-nonsense book for the medical professional or anatomy student. Very detailed. The only drawback is the organization of the book. The order makes no sense.
Book Review: The best choice for the students from Macedonia! Summary: 5 StarsIf you study at the Skopje's Faculty of Medicine where the "Sinelnjikov" is still in use, and you hate the old fashioned and boring atlases, I recommened you the Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy. It simply illuminates with its originality. The illustrations are fantastic and hole the anatomy is in one book! So, if you want to pass the anatomy, buy the Netter, and you won't regret!
Book Review: A great book Summary: 5 StarsThere are many anatomy atlases out there but this one is very comprehensive with lots of detail and diferent views of the specimens that you just don't see in other books. Even better is that all the pictures are hand painted so they are clear and easy to relate to the specimen which is very important to any anatomy student. This book is a great investment.
