I'm a yoga teacher and I've been into Brainwave entrainement for about six months now, when I stumbled on to this one. All I can say is this is the cd that finally delivered on every proposed promise or intention. The first time I used it I did all the instructions exactly as she specified, and I felt so alive, in the moment, feeling the inner body etc. it was like there was a wave as strong as a hand buzzer (but very pleasent) moving through my body, like a five minute orgasm, the feeling of interconnectedness with all things visual lights and colors everything. Afterward just walking down the hall in my house everything seemed different, intresting, alive, and new, it was so powerful I immediately told all my close friends and fellow yoga teachers. Now I do this every morning after my yoga in savasana. Words can't explain how grateful I am for this program.Book Review: Awakening Kundalini

I very much enjoy this cd and will continue to use it. I think Kelly Howell has the most soothing voice. I was a little hesitant about purchasing this, however, since I have her Secret meditation and use it every day and believe it has been of great benefit to me I decided to go ahead and purchase it and I'm glad I did.Book Review: Awakening Kundalini

This is an excellent product. If you are like myself, meditating is not someething that comes easy. But this has taken me to a level that I only read about. So if you are one really wanting to know true of true meditation is, this is a must have.Book Review: Awful CD, don't buy!

This was the first and only CD I have ever smashed into pieces with my bare hands! It was that terrible! I tried to listen to the CD but the content was total b.s. , the author didn't know what she was talking about. Obviously, she didn't have a clue about what Kundalini energy really is either and her voice was unpleasant to listen to. I don't think you can learn to raise Kundalini with this CD, don't waste your money and look for something else.Book Review: Best Guided Meditation, mind-blowing

I've meditated since I was a kid, but this is the first and only time that I'm able to do it consistently on a daily basis. I've been using it for about a month now. Please stay awake and present for this meditation. You will reap awards that you never imagined in your WILDEST dreams - bliss vibrating through all your cells.
Keep using it until you have the habit of meditation firmly planted in your daily ritual. Kelly Howell recommends to do it only once a day, and I have been fighting off the desire to do it twice a day. Truly inspirational. A big thank you!
