Book Review: I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE!

as i write this review...i am extremely emotional. this is my 4th time listening to this cd. but i had not yet felt this power...this deep inner self...until tonight. OOOH MY GOD !! it felt like electricity flowing through my whole body!!! i even started crying during the process..the love the appreciation...i have never experienced this before EVER EVER!!.i was shaking!
it was always hard letting go but some reason i was able to do that tonight. if you havent experienced this inner self... dont give up. letting go is key.
i feel PHENOMENAL !! OH MY...I AM STILL SHAKING!
Book Review: I'm not sure I would have bought this had I been able to try it first

I wasn't sure of what to expect from this cd, but I was intrigued enough from the other reviews to make the purchase. My first session with the tape I was surprised that I (someone who NEVER can get into a trance state) had some of the physical experiences as the others. As the night wore on after the session, my head hurt, my ears roared, I was exhautsed and felt water-logged. I went to bed early that night. I had the same experience the next night. The breathing techniques were the culprit. The "breath of fire" actually has you breathing so quickly, I almost hyperventilated. If you have health problems, I'd pass this one up.Book Review: Kelly Howell is Wonderful

I have several of Kelly Howell's guided meditaions and they are all wonderful. I upload them to my Ipod and listen before bed. I am able to easily slip into a trance like meditatinve state. I typically have a very active mind and have trouble turning it off when I mediatate in slience. These CDs do the trick for calming my mind and helping me to achieve a meditative state.Book Review: Kundalini

I bought this product based upon the information provided prior to purchase. It spoke of "englightenment" and "awakening". Upon the very first use, I noticed the very sensations that they spoke of. However, I was somewhat concerned about what exactly I was getting myself into as I really didn't know much about this. I researched things and found that there are significant dangers to people who attempt to "awaken the inner kundalini" without proper knowlege and supervision. I won't get into it all here but would encourage potential buyers to research thoroughly and edcuate themselves prior to purchasing this product. The information provided about the product did not provide any warnings of potential dangers. I have disposed of my copy of this cd.Book Review: Kundalini Meditation

The Kundalini Meditation CD was not what I had expected, but I have reviewed the video clip that is added to the CD and it did help to direct you on how to use it. CD is ok, but I wish I had more details on the product.
