Book Review: A Nice Collection to Bakers...
Summary: 4 Stars

I tried a few recipes and they are better than those I had tried in other cook books.

But some recipes are too diffcult and take a very long time to perpare.

I do have a few collection of baking cook book, this one is one of those I would check out first whenever I want to bake something.

It's Techniques section is very useful.
It cover all baking goods, such as Breads, Quick Beards, Cookies, Pies and Tarts, Cakes and Tortes, Custads and Puddings, Pastries, Chocolates and Confections, and even Frozen Desserts. Of course, it has a section for Icing and Sauces...

This is a very good book when you want all bake goods recipes in 1 book.
