Book Review: Maybe a little too basic?

I like Ina and have learned a lot about creating simple, basic food from her books and her show over the years. This book does contain several keepers but, like her other books, there's not many recipes. For a $35 (list price) book, I think it's a little scanty. She's also actually included a recipe for baked potatoes that I think is really stretching it! I about choked when I saw it and I can't believe her editor(s) didn't tell her she was going to insult a lot of readers. Baked potatoes? What are we, 8 years old?
