I have had this book less than a month and have tried eight recipes already, all have been great. My family (husband and two boys aged 6 and 4 yrs old) have loved the meals I have made. I really like the informal style and uncomplicated recipes in this book. They are easy to follow and give great results. French food always seemed a bit fussy and formal until I read this book. The Chicken with Forty Cloves of Garlic and Creme Brulee recipes were winners!
