Battlefield of the Mind is an excellent book for anyone who would like to change their thoughts from negative to positive. Joyce accomplishes this in a very simple, yet thoughtful way. Her use of Scriptures is of course very thorough. We are currently studying this book in our cell group from my church. Each person seems to be getting something different from it, yet everyone is realizing we have to change our thought patterns before we can change anything else in our lives.Book Review: An outstanding book everyone should read.

Joyce is right on the money in this book. My favorite part is about letting go of reasoning! We women have to think everything thru to the 100th degree so we can have all the answers. I love that Joyce gave it up and talked about how hard it is.
I want to follow her lead. Only God knows the WHY of everything.
I have given the books and cd's to several friends, and we all find so much wisdom for the daily dilemmas we think we have to manage.That old adage is do true, Let go, and Let God. Relax and enjoy each precious moment he gives.

I loved this book because sometimes you know what you NEED to do to fight but don't have the tools. This book really provided tools on what I need to do to fight and conquer negative thinking. I love the biblical references and I feel like I can refer to this book over and over again. Thanks Joyce for a wonderful book!
