The books front cover was inviting for teenagers, its differant definately stands out in a shop! But as you read furthur into it the story takes a while to get started, its very slow and off putting.When Jeremy, a fourteen year old boy, recieves information on a 'squip' he jumps at the chance of being cool and being liked by everyone... especially the girls.
The story improves but is taken over by a lot of swearing and rude comments, this ruins the book totally. Th story sjould be developed around him and not his fantisies. Suitable for 15+

Brilliant book, just finished reading it for the second time. Really eye opening, whilst being cool and funny at the same time. As other reviwers have mentioned the language used is very strong which is slightly offputting, but i think it just adds to Jeremy, the SQUIP and other teenages' in the books' characters. Overall a great read with a unique and unpredictable plot.
