What can I say? There is a lot of interesting (and true -- even helpful) motivational advice, which is okay. The real estate stuff is very basic. Considering all of the really good real estate books on the market, I'm just not sure if there's a need for this one.

Wow!! I wish this had been my first Real Estate book, not only does it give you down to earth useful advice, but it motivates you to get started...NOW! Ive read several real estate books and most of them bog you down with information you will never use, or simply dont understand. Mr Graziosi's book is easy to read and follow. I especially love how many real estate terms are easily defined. Truly a great book to start your real estate career with. Book Review: Great Gift Ideas!
