Book Review: not sure you should bother
Summary: 2 Stars
The information contained in the book is actually quite good (although enormous Americo-centric), but it's just divided into long chapters with rather meaningless headings, and it really isn't the sort of book you'd read cover-to-cover, so it's hard to get to the information you need, to find it between Adventist statistics and tips for pregnant vegans. Also, their real-life examples aren't always that practical, because most ppl won't eat several cups of spinach in a day to get all nutrients, I should think.
