Book Review: Keep to hand
Summary: 4 Stars
This book is well written and the author gives a first hand account of her journey through gastric bypass surgery and beyond. The book very informative particularly in respect of the delicate balance of nutrients that are necessary following surgery. It is also useful in identifying suitable products and where these can be obtained. The recipes are easy to follow. I have shown this book to my dietician who has now recommended it to other patients.
