Book Review: Brilliant - highly recommended
Summary: 5 Stars
Not many books make me want to leave a review, but this one is so good I have to. It is clear, to the point and realistic. It is not preachy or OTT, just practical and deeply informative.
Their section on vitamins and supplements is very detailed and helpful. This is a very well researched and easy to follow guide to pre-conception nutrition.
My only quibble is the American measurements for food (e.g. 1 cup of rice etc.). I wish they would use ounces or grams so I would understand portion sizes better. We don't use cups as measurements in Ireland!
However, if you are planning a pregnancy, buy this and it will open your eyes as to the importance of what we eat. I feel healthy and well, and I look great. Next stop, conception!!
