Book Review: Amazing

Starting off when the genetically engineered heroine escaped from her breeding facility, Manticore, this book followed Max's exploits from then up until the start of the series. And believe me it is one amazing ride. Max lives through thrills and sadness, finding new friends and confronting old enemies, this book has captured the feel of the series exactly. A book for the more adult audience, it will not disappoint. All the characters are written exactly and the new characters fit into the seedy, exciting world of Dark Angel exactly, falling in like pieces of a puzzle. This book gives some amazing background on Max, missed out from the series. Although, after reading this novel, you can view the series in a different light and it simply seems more amazing. With the next book set to come out, 'Skin game', set after the final episode of the series, Collins seems to be giving Dark Angel fans everything they have ever wanted. I only hope 'Skin game' brings the series to a nice conclusion. Anyway, if you buy this book, you will not be disappointed and will be reading it over and over again.
