I have tried a few of the recipes and so far, they have all been great! Love the variety in this book! Easy to follow recipes and mostly ingredients that would already be in cupboard. Especially like the white dinner rolls and the apple filled coffee cake!Book Review: Great plain white bread!

I bought this book after trying the white bread recipe from the "Look Inside" feature. I bought the Emeril's Tfal breakmaker about 2 1/2 months ago from one of the cable TV sellers, and the bread recipes that came with it are OK. I am looking forward to trying more recipes from this book because they are smaller size loaves (it is just me and my husband). This excellent bread machine cookbook covers a wide variety of bread types, from standard loaves to multigrains to fruit breads to related items such as rolls, pizza, and coffee cakes. The instructions for each recipe are clearly broken down into easily understandable steps; although some of the breads involve decorative touches that appear difficult, simple sidebar illustrations make these fancy finishes a breeze. The full-page photographs accompanying many of the recipes definitely make your mouth water as well as give some wonderful suggestions for how you can use each type of bread (however, as an earlier reviewer mentioned, I would have preferred to see every recipe illustrated). Overall, I would recommend this cookbook to anyone looking for bread machine recipes ranging from the simple to the more creative.Book Review: I love these recipes!

I love my new breadmaker, and I love this cookbook! Everything that I have baked has come out really tastey, and I have made quite a few different loaves. The information that is gives for baking with the breadmaker is really appreciated, and the photos add to the overall greatness of this book.Book Review: I loved this ABM cookbook so much that I bought 4 more for gifts...

...and everyone I gave it to loved it the best also! Great recipes, beautiful photos and a spiral binding so it will lay flat - (I have to used canned foods to hold open the pages of my second favorite ABM cookbook.) You can't go wrong with this book, so get a couple extra for gifts!
