I just recently bought my first bread machine. When I was browsing, I came across this cookbook and bought it simply because I have always had good luck with my other Betty Crocker recipes. I love this book! It makes it so easy, especially for beginning bread makers! It has a ton of tips in the beginning to ensure your bread turns out perfect everytime. It even has a trouble shooting section so you can figure out what went wrong if the bread is not good. The recipes are delicious, and the specialty breads are so beautiful and look so difficult, I am proud to serve them to guests. I highly recommend this book to anyone using a bread machine. My husband purchased me a Bread Machine for Christmas that came with a small cookbook. I purchased the Betty Crocker's Best Bread Machine Cookbook for myself a few weeks later and it has become my favorite source for Bread Machine recipes. The recipes are simple to follow, they use items that you have in your pantry and the results are awesome! I have not been disappointed with any of the recipes in the book and I have tried several. I would recommend it to anyone who has a Bread Machine.Book Review: Awesome for the beginner!

I just bought my first bread machine (Zojirushi) and I'm new to bread making. My Zoji is awesome and this book was a great find. It actually showed me a picture of what the dough should look like during the kneeding process and how to properly measure the flour (none of which I knew). I would have been frustrated with my Zoji if I hadn't gotten the information from this Betty Crocker book!!! So many wonderful recipes and pictures and the recipes are delicious!!!!
