I'm not one that usually likes or uses cookbooks but making bread, especially in a breadmaker it is critical to have a good recipe. Have tried several of the recipes from this book and they have all turned out great. That is only part of the reason I like this cookbook though. The way this book is constructed with the spiral wire binding so the book stays open to the recipe you are using and the thick cleanable pages makes you realize that this was a book put together by people that have used cookbooks and know what makes a good one that people will use again and again. The hardcover and spiral bound feather is appreciated when using this book. The introduction of bread machines, definition and use of ingredients used in machine bread baking and the problem area solutions is so helpful. I love my Panasonic machine, however, loaves were just too dense, the problem/solution suggestions were really helpful to resolve this. The recipes are wonderful-ones I will use for years to come. This is the best bread machine cookbook I've owned, and I have a lot of them. First of all the book it's self is easy to use because it lies flat. It has a great selection of recipes. I was looking for a good cinnamon, raisin bread and this is exellent. I have only made a few of the recipes but all of them are great so far. If your only going to own one book or this will be your first, I'd say this is the one to get.
