I would recommend this book for new bread machine users. It contains a lot of valuable information about things like types of flour and their results, troubleshooting failed loaves, etc. I tried several recipes (followed them to the letter) and the loaves looked nice but tasted disappointingly bland. The olive bread wasn't sufficiently olive-y, ditto for jalapeno and corn loaves. I'm sure I can tweak the ingredients to my taste, but right now I'm having more success with a basic recipe I found on a flour bag. Even so, this book has given me good information and plenty of ideas so I think it's worth the money.Book Review: Excellent recipes!

This is the best bread machine cookbook I've ever had. EVERY recipe turns out perfectly--never had a problem. You can tell the recipes have been tested. It is very fun to try new recipes each week. The family loves them too!Book Review: Gift was excitedly received

Bought this book along with Sunbeam 5891 2-Pound Programmable Breadmaker for my Mom for Christmas, she uses the book all time, I would recommend it to anyone interested in simple and easy to understand bread baking tips.
