This book is for real and it was recommended to me by a friend who follwed it for years and he is huge. I started the 4-day/week routine in 2003 when I was 44 years old, not expecting to get much out of the program other than overall strength increases and better fitness. Much to my surprise, after I completed the Level 1 18-week cycle, I was significantly stronger and had packed on noticable muscle. I went from 42-inch chest to 44-inches. I then started Level 2 training, again the 4-day/week routine. This time, I exploded, and went from 44-inches to 47-inches in about 6 months. My wife suspected that I was taking steroids, but I assure you, I was not. All I did was follow the book and eat properly. After recently recovering from a personal setback that interrupted my workout regime, I am back to the program. I did 6 weeks of Level 1 to recondition and reawaken my muscles, now I am back to Level to and already feeling my strength and power returning. I lost a bit of size from lack of training, but eI have every expectation that I will get it back, even though I am now the ripe old age of 50. :-) If you want real gains that make you look and feel better, follow Big Beyond Belief. Read it all the way through, then execute the routine that works for you.
Book Review: The Holy Grail of Bodybuilding! Summary: 5 Stars
Anyone who says that this training strategy won't work for someone who's not taking steroids is either nuts, didn't follow the plan properly or they have never actually tried it. I have been training drug free for over 13years and I have tried every program I have ever seen looking for the best way to gain maximum size and strength. You name it and I have tried it. And the Big Beyond Belief training strategy is by far the best way to train. In a nut shell, the book covers all the key factors to muscle growth and how to manipulate them for maximum gains. There is so much information in this book that is never even touched upon by any other bodybuilding book that you will wonder why the other so called "experts" left this information out of their books. Well...I'll tell you why they left it out. They left it out because once you learn how to apply the key factors to your training (as this book teaches you), you will never buy another book or magazine about bodybuilding again. For those of you who haven't tried this program yet simply because someone else told you it won't work.....ignore them and try it! You will add size and gain strength like never before!
Book Review: The Title says it all Summary: 5 Stars
I have used this before, and all I can say is "WOW"!I had fat to lose so I was only consuming approximately 2000-2500 cals. a day.I used the 6 day 1 workout a day program. I'm sorry to say that I only used it for 6 weeks though. My weight was about 215 at start and 205 at end.I put almost an inch on my arms , over an inch on my chest ,but the most incredible thing was that my strength skyrocketed.Bench 175x6-205x6;Squat 245x7-275x7. The crazy thing is that I was maybe averaging 5-6 hrs. sleep and I worked 60 hrs. a week in a busy restaurant and worked out at the end of 12 hr. shifts. I also didn't use any supplements!After reading all of the other reviews, I can attest that the workouts have to be followed as written or you will fail miserably.

first off let me tell you that this works. my buddies and i were the strongest kids in our highschool because of this program. we were stronger than all the football players and wrestlers, they couldnt figure it out why we worked out for only an 1/2 hour and were stronger than them. we kept this book "top secret" because we didnt want anyone to know. i would give almost anything for it
