Book Review: Excellent way to teach big truths to young ones!

I was a little frusterated by some of the children's literature out there that seeks to teach them Biblical truths. This book is excellent. It is a book that is full of stories that emphasize different spiritual truths in an engaging way. Before each story are a few questions (catechism) that you ask your child, the answer is provided and over time, your child will become familiar with the answers. Example: Who made you? God. What else did God make? God made all things. As you go along, you get to deeper truths. I overhead my wife asking my soon to be 4 year old son, "Why did God make you and all things?" and my son answered, "For His own glory." How great is that?! We've only been using the book a little over a week. This is a great asset for those who want their children to know solid truth about God that goes beyond surface level.
I also found that the stories do an excellent job of reinforcing the truths found in the catechism. Usually you see a few distortions of the truth in many kids books, but so far, I haven't found anything I've disagreed with yet in this one. I find myself nodding my head in affirmation of the great truths they are conveying in this children's book. Way to go!
