Book Reviews of Blood Bound (Mercy Thompson, Book 2)Book Review: Excellent Series, Great Heroine! Summary: 5 StarsThis is book 2 in the Mercy Thompson Series, a great set of books (there are 3 so far), well written and exceedingly entertaining. I definitely recommend reading the series in order, so you understand the characters and their histories. It makes their interactions much more understandable and interesting. I've really enjoyed all three of the books and I'm hoping the author will have a long and excellent run with this series!
Book Review: The 2nd book is better than the first... Summary: 5 StarsWell, at least it is to me. Because this volume is all about vampires, demons, and BLOOD! And I happen to like vampires. As a subject matter for a story, of course. Not that I know any in real life. Honest.
What happens is simple - Mercy Thompson is needed to handle a problem even the vampires can't handle. That's simple enough, right?
Wrong. Buy it, read it, enjoy it.
Book Review: Blood Bound is Awesome Summary: 5 StarsMercedes Thompson is awesome. She's got her first love living in her house(who happens to be a very powerful very dominant just gone lone wolf, werewolf). She knows she has some serious feelings for the local werewolf Pack Alpha who happens to be her next door neighbor, and now her vampire buddy is calling in a favor she owes him for helping her get the pack Alph's daughter back from kidnappers in the previous book. She ends up in the middle of huge vampire mess involving a demon riden vampire. All the men in her life try to protect her, but who ends up coming to the rescue? Read the book and find out!!
Book Review: Hard read Summary: 1 StarsNot sure what the hype was about very this is I I I it made it very hard to read and really get into.
Book Review: A different kind of action Summary: 5 StarsI really like this series. Mercy's character is growing steadily and her attachments to Adam and Samuel are getting a little more involved. She is also proving herself to be someone to be reckoned with both in the wolf pack and among the vampires.
This book focused more on the seethe and how they lived. I found the book to be a bit slower than book 1, but not in a bad way. It is a progressive build where as book 1 was in your face action through most of the book.
Patricia Briggs is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. I hope that the Mercy Thompson series
continues for some time.
