Book Review: Had the original book , but the pocket-book confused me.
Summary: 3 Stars
Purchased Eat Right for Your Type then the pocket book. The pocket book conflicted with the main book, certain foods which were beneficial became foods to avoid and vice versa. This is my only (but importantly) critism of the pocket book. The idea of a pocket book focused on my blood type makes for ease of shopping but due to the amount of conflicting information, it has left me feeling rather like a "doubting Thomas".
