Book Reviews of Blood and ChocolateBook Review: Blood and Chocolate Summary: 4 Stars
I found the book, Blood and chocolate, a very interesting read. It covers an entire range of problems faceing teenagers today from trying to fit in as the new kid, to thoughts of suicide. There are questions about sex, prejudice, love, trust, independence and coming of age, to name a few. the book is a mixture of fantasy, horror and romance but the author persents it in such a way that a "young adult" reader could identify with the many situations that the main character goes through. The transformation from human form to wolf is artfully done. the book covers many serious moral, social and family issues but still maintains its essential entertainment value, thereby keeping the reader interested. I think it would be an excellent book for 14 - 17 year olds. This would be a very good book for a parent to give to his/her teenager to bring up some of the subjects broched in this book for further descussion.

This was soooo exciting. It's a book about one girl who tries so hard to fit in with everyone else, but everything just turns on her.
Because she just happens to be a werewolf.
It was filled with action, thrills, and sarcasm. This was really great for fantasy fans.
Book Review: Blood and Chocolate Summary: 5 Stars
This book first introduced me into the world of mythical creatures such as werewolves, vampires etc. This is the first book I've read though that doesn't make werewolves or lycans seem like dreadful creatures. I'm a big fan of love stories and this one had me on the edge of my seat. Once I finished it, I just had to re-read it. And they're coming out with a movie too!
Book Review: Blood and Chocolate Summary: 5 Stars
Blood and Chocolate is a great book. Klause keeps you guessing throughout the whole book. Vivian, a 16-year-old teenage warewolf, struggles to survive in a city, ran by humans. She desires Adian, a classmate, and he desires her, but he is a "meat-boy," and Gabriale, a fellow warewolf, wants Vivian for himself. This is a great book that won't allow you to lay it down. I highly recomend it. (11 and up)
