Book Review: A book that is difficult to put down....but you must for it is troubling and too intense of a story to read in one sitting

I just finsihed reaading "Blue Heaven". I started reading it a few days ago. After reading forty pages or so, I had to put it down, The story is so intense that I started to become emotionally involved with it and started to have trouble sleeping that night. But I kept coming back to it and finally finished it. I've read all of C. J. Box's stories of the Pickett family and thoroughly enjoyed them all. But this one was very different. I can't say that I enjoyed it, but the story will remain with me a long time, We read every day in the papers and hear on TV about missing or abducted children. This story puts you in the midst of such a story-and it is indeed frightening how a group of people can manipulate and take over when children suddenly disappear. What is even more frightening is the fact that the antagonists are former policemen. Be forewarned: this a a very emotionally charged story that will haunt you. Please, C. J. let's return to the Pickett family in your next novel. As a literary work of art it can easily stand on it's own. I credit the author to be able to write such a hauntingly and emotionally charges story about good and evil men.
