Book Review: A Disappointing Buy
Summary: 2 Stars
My 3 year old son loves listening to stories whilst 'following' the story in a book so we thought the Bob the Builder Storybook would be an ideal Christmas present. Much to our disppointment the stories are read by an American narrator and none of the characters voices are the same as the TV programme on CBeebies, even though the picture on the front of the book clearly shows the Bob The Builder we know and love. The American voice gets very annoying after a while and my son finds it a little difficult to follow the story because he doesn't recognise any of the characters' voices.Very Disappointing!
